Recently, we conducted a visit to the customer's manufacturing facility. During the visit, the customer provided an introduction to their factory operations and guided us through a comprehensive tour. Our Air Spring products have also been widely adopted in this facility, with our Air Spring solutions being installed across the customer’s fleet.

Air suspension systems utilize air springs as elastic elements to achieve suspension functionality. The system comprises key components such as air springs, air compressors, accumulators, control units, and sensors.

The fundamental principle of air suspension is based on real-time road condition analysis and signals from distance sensors. The onboard computer evaluates these inputs to determine variations in vehicle height and subsequently controls the air compressor and exhaust valve to automatically adjust the spring compression or extension. This mechanism enables the reduction or increase of ground clearance for the chassis, enhancing vehicle stability at high speeds and improving passability under complex road conditions.

The primary advantages of air suspension systems include the following:
